Fantastic Makro Online Service Team
We ordered a white Bosch washing machine online from Makro and was advised after a week that the particular model was no longer available. However, without being prompted the online team advised that Makro would honour our order with the latest model Bosch washing machine and whilst it was more expensive, the price would not change. Throughout the process the online team were incredible, particularly Sesanda who ensured that the right machine was delivered at the right time on the right day. Thank you Makro for demonstrating credible customer service.
