Fantastic Client centric business

So impressed by Makro’s service I had to write a review about it. Hardly find businesses that are client centric in SA these days, that put people over profit. I purchased something online and when I was delivered the invoice was different from what I paid online. I queried it with them and no questions asked, no hassles or any back and forths, they refunded me the difference. Only realised when I was going through my statements! I would like to commend Ntombi, Shaun, Mark, Annuska and the team! You guys are doing amazing sweety haha!
