FAN CAME WITHOUT THE EXTENSIONS AND I'M STUCK WITH IT! ONLINE ITEM😡
Online order:MAK*** Once again I'm being failed by Makro and the third parties. I ordered a fan online and was delivered on 23 January 2025,soon as I expected. The fan came without the extensions and I immediately logged a return. A few days passed when I called Makro to enquire about my return and as per usual they passed the bucket to the third party, but according to their website Makro will collect the item from the customer. It's been 10 days and the item has not been collected yet!. This is really bad service and you will find me here again when I will be complaining about the third party when it comes to be refunded! By the time this matter will be concluded it will probably be WINTER

You definitely have to work on the flow of returns and refunds!
Bad service, lesson learned..., I will not make use of your online services ever again it's a mess.
