FALSELY UPDATING DELIVERY STATUS AND NOT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINT

On 29 July 2023 I ordered a washing machine that came with a free cake mixer.

They split the washing machine and the mixer and we only received the mixer.

On 01 August 2023 they then update their status to state delivered which is complete ******* as only the mixer was delivered.

A complaint was lodged with customer care on 01 August 2023, it was then escalated telephonically. Today is the 9th and there has been no feedback and we're still waiting for the washing machine...
