False selling / advert

<p>I purchased a 57cm premium weber braai last Thursday at the Clearwater branch. Th braai was on special for R2899.00 and included a braai bible, braai cover and a bag of charcoal. The salesman assured me that the 3 extra items were inside the bag without a doubt as the actual braai dome was big enough to hold the items. This item was a present for my husband and he was very keen to use the braai on Christmas day. To my surprise, when he opened the box, there were no added extra items i.e. braai bible, cover and charcoal. This is false advertising, your salesman insisted that these were included, and it was clearly marked all over the place bragging the specials that it included. I have sent an email on Chritsmas day (understandable nobody was available), I called the branch this morning to be told that the department line was busy, I asked for a Manager was put on hold for 10 minutes and then my call was cut.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need somebody to contact me regarding this, it is a matter of priciple. In future when clients request the box be opened to veryify the items, it must be done. I expcect to receive a call from somebody regarding this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cindy</p> <p> </p>
