False promises by Makro and Pinnacle

2 weeks since Makro would not take my faulty computer in I am still waiting for it to be collected by Pinnacle. Many emails and complaints later still no response and nothing heard from mails to Makro as well. I was told use Pinnacle and in about a week my computer would be repaired. So I still have the computer and despite promises by Pinnacle to have it collected , this has still not happened.
