FALSE PROMISES

I was at makro meadowdale on the 16th of December 2015. I spoke to Thabiso in the patio furniture department. Meadowdale didnt have stock of 4 aluminum chairs i was looking for so Thabiso called Woodmead. They had stock and Thabiso arranged for monday the 21st December 2015 that he would pick them up and bring them to meadowdale and said i can pick them up wednesday 23rd December 2015. I wrote my name and contact number in the book so that he can call me wednesday. Only to find that Thabiso never called me, i called in and spoke to Kennith and to MANAGER MOSES and he promised to call back and to this day 27th December 2015 i have not received a call from any of them. Im now sitting with the table but no chairs. This is unacceptable and poor service delivery from a big company as Makro is very disappointing and disgusting. I guess i will only receive chairs next year 2016 or 2017 if im lucky. I expect some kind of response and my chairs as in yesterday!!!!
