False promise

On Tuesday 22 Jan i bought a bought stove set (loven, hob and wallmount chimney) at Makro Wonderboom. They had the oven and hob in stock but didnt have the chimney. I was advised that they will order the chimney and have it delivered to the store for pick up within 7 days. On Monday i call Kabelo to enquire when I should expect delivery and he says he is still waiting for stock because the chimney is in Free State and they need to arrange that they get it this side. today I call and he still says he is waiting for Head office to tell him when stock will be delivered. Does it really take so long to move stock from one store to another? and what happens to me in the meantime while i wait for them? I get no feedback from Kabelo unless I give him a call. All I need to know is will I be getting the chimney or not? If not can i get my money back and go buy elsewhere
