False Product Listing and Service Recovery

I recently purchased a desk from their website, which was advertised with the description “chair included.” To my surprise, the delivery arrived with only the desk and no chair. Believing the chair might be part of a second shipment, I went ahead and assembled the desk, only to realize that no chair was ever included.

When I reached out to the Makro team, I was advised to return the desk—not so that it could be resent with the chair, but merely so Makro could “confirm” with the supplier whether the chair was indeed part of the package. This response raised serious concerns of misleading Listings and inaccuracies

GOF Furniture the supplier states that the Listing is done by Makro’s side, while Makro claims the Listing to done by the supplier, so no one is taking responsibility.
