False pricing.

I went into Makro Nelspruits shop yesterday on the 28/06/2022 as I am in the market for a Samsung G5 32” curved gaming monitor, Surprisingly upon my arrival I saw you had the exact Samsung G5 32” Curved gaming monitor on display with a price tag of R4999. I was surprised as this was a brilliant deal the price tag had the description of Samsung curved led monitor 83cm (32”) @ R4999. I the proceeded to enquire with the sales person on the floor that I want this monitor for the price advertise the staff member took me to where the monitor boxes were and showed me that the monitor for R4999 is just the standard Samsung 32” curved monitor and not the G5 gaming monitor. I protested this as the Monitor on the display with the price was in fact the Samsung G5 gaming monitor she then proceeded to tell me no that monitor is R7999, she went to call the manager as I insisted that I want the Samsung G5 for R4999 as advertised on the display, They simply told me the can not help me and if I want the G5 monitor I will have to pay the R7999 even thought they made the mistake of putting the wrong price on the display. I have photos of this.

I would like to purchase the Samsung G5 32” curved gaming monitor for the price that it was advertised at in store for R4999.

To add to this I would like this problem resolved today.
