False On-line Advertising

Makro is currently running an online promotion for a 19kg gas cylinder with gas included for R1599, they have another option for the same cylinder without gas for R1379. I bought the option with gas (R1599) but it was delivered without gas! Makro fills gas, I do not understand why they cannot give me a voucher to fill it up by them. I'm already inconvenienced at home and their processes are making the situation worse.

I recently installed a gas stove which I bought from them but still can use it and it seems like it'll be another 2 weeks before someone decides to honor their word!
