false adverti*****ts

I've order 3 massage beds from makro on the 15 July my order was suppose to be delivered in 2 weeks today is the 11th August still nothing, I called their call centre I was advised that they are waiting for the third party to deliver. I told them this was a false adverti*****t how can they advertise an item that is not in their possession. i need my refund or they should deliver before the end of business day tomorrow.
