False adverti*****t and no response from Makro Online

In August, I bought pillar candles from Makro online, with dimensions advertised as 30cm (L) x 15cm (W). Instead, I received candles with a length of 7cm. I immediately logged a return for replacement (Pick up: 1 September, Return ***). It is now three weeks later, and all I get is empty promises that my candles will be picked up and replaced, but I still haven't heard from a courier. Last week I asked for a refund instead and I was told the "senior team" had been informed of my request. I still haven't received any feedback. My wedding is around the corner and I'm utterly disappointed.
