I ordered a luggage online and something completely different was delivered, the luggage I order as plain and pink but instead I received a red striped luggage. I'm disappointed

07 May 2024, 15:36I got a call from the lady at Makro adding more stress from the unpleasant experience I had with, she instructed me to go on their website and follow return process. She promised she'd get back to me today but haven't had a call. Makro service really sucks
