False adverti*****t

Hay shame if possible avoid at all costs to purchase products fromMakro SA online…. I’ve been ****med 2 times and when i complained the first time nothing was done about it until now… i ordered 2 items and only one was delivered and even that one was incorrect so i returned it. They only refunded me on the one item and ignored the fact that they charged me for 2. Now they are selling something that is out of stock. They took the money and immediately cancelled the order and said it’s out of stock and the money will be refunded in 20days when i need the product now. When i called to complain about it they said there is nothing they can do about it. Please help ur selves and stay away from this platform if possible. Makro SA why don’t you state that the product is out of stock like other companies instead of taking the money that u claim u can’t reverse so that ur customers can buy it elsewhere. This is false adverti*****t.
