False adverti*****t

I ordered a couch online and it was delivered. The Item advertised was false the product supply does not match the product advertised. When i called to see what was going on they just said I can’t return it because the supplier hasn’t updated that I got the order. It’s been a week of calling them every single day with no luck and no solution to my problem. Honestly makro online is the pits and they don’t seem to care about their customers. They should rather stop selling anything online because they are failing to meet the standards required to make their customers satisfied.
