FALSE ADVERTISING/********* PRACTICE/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/ Makro Strubens Valley

No customer service whatsoever and dishonest staff.

I was told I would be contacted on numerous occasions that the matter at hand would be dealt with every time I contact Makro on my expense. The initial query was made on 1 October 2018 in Makro Strubens Valley Store, the subsequent complaint on Hello Peter was made below.

Makro does not care for its' customers or to uphold ethical business practice.

My complaint was regarding false advertising and when I confronted Makro the issue was merely brushed under the carpet and myself silenced with threats that their legal department would be handling the matter. Is this how you treat your customers?
