FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!NO ACCOUTABLITY

I recently was in need a hairdyer and sought very hard to make a informed decesion about my purchase and looked around before purchasing one.

Makro was selling an Enzo hairdryer which was 7500W!I thought this was strong and quiet a ***** at R799!

I purchased the hairdryer but only to find that it was of very poor quality,very slow dryer and certainly not 7500w.14 Days had passed before I could log a return and now Makro seems to be out of sight and will not respond to my request.they keep asking to log a return which I cannot do and when I went in store they wont accept the item back.

I have come to find out that they seem to doing buisness alot like Take a lot.com allowwing 3rd suppliers to sell on thee platfrom but not willing to take responsibility for returns when thinsg dont work out.I trusted MAKRO as surely I have been purchasing from them a long time but please do the research alot of the items seems to be from the China MALL....

Online is states that you can return this to your nearest Makro store however when calling Makro Montagu Gardens they said I cannot as its a third party supplier...but since it goes through Makro Online and under Makros name, Makro should be responsible for returns!

Please be cautious!!!!!!Rather purchase from a reputable place that stands by its name and its customers.
