False advertising/2nd hand products/failure to return and refund.
It's crazy to see the amount of 1 star ratings here for Makro. It seems the company has gone down in the dumps.
I purchased a "Luxury rocking chair", only to receive a product that was not only false adverti*****t but also a used product. It wasn't remotely what was on the picture that was sold to me and it was scuffed and damaged.
I logged a return the exact same day and no progress since then. Everytime I call they say they will escalate it, but it seems like something they tell everyone from looking at the reviews here. I assume they will go underground soon.

It seems it's empty promises over and over again as this is what is being told to me with no real action or solution.
I was phoned yesterday to confirm if it has been collected. I said no, and they said they will escalate it and have the courier collect it asap.
I was phoned again today, getting asked the same question and when I said it was not collected they promised me that it will be collected today, 8th of July. It's 4:30PM and no updates.
It seems it's empty promises over and over again as this is what is being told to me with no real action or solution.

This is just going in circles. I assume making this more public might be the better way to go about it? As the number of reviews and instances regarding issues customers are facing is absurd.
You are LAST in the list at Hellopeter for retail shops. LAST. And you almost have the most reviews. That is a shocking stat.
