False advertising!!! Wrong Product Delivered
I recently for the first time purchased online from Makro and might I add, NEVER AGAIN!!!
I order a handheld gaming device however when it had arrived it was completely different from what I ordered. The picture on the website was completely different. The specifications did not match either. The device I ordered was not even 8GB as the description on site mentioned. When filling on a return I now need to wait 5 days for a courier to pick up my order.
WHY THE HELL CANT MAKRO LOOK INTO WHAT IS ORDERED VERSUS WHAT IS DELIVER. CLEAR **** AMD FALSE ADVERTISING!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

If the refund is to be processed I hope this is done soon as tomorrow will officially be one week of no feedback.
