False advertising they will take your money don't order online

I am appalled by the service I received online from Makro.There was a special on the 10th which they advertised I ordered my stuff and money was deducted from the account.To my surprise I receive a message today telling me that the order is cancelled due to no stock

NO COURTESY CALL!!!.

Doesn't the company do stock takes before advertising anything online?Why take money for a service you can't render?

Since the money was taken and I have a function planned tell me how I'm supposed to buy what I need as I don't have money due to the refunds policies.
