False advertising, Theft, Disregard for customer Satisfaction
Makro through its false advertising is enticing people to buy from their website when they don't even stock the product. They had then and even now still have a the product advertised but i received a product with aa small volume and when i enquired with the call center and the store, i was told that they do not stock that size item that's why they sent me a smaller one.
False advertising is against the law but the ordinary customer doesn't have the time to take this matter up so it seems Makro is exploiting that. I would advise people to not purchase on their website, rather go to the store is you want to purchase but still don't do business with people like that.
I mention the word theft in my title....does taking my money for something i ordered and sending my whenever you have instead count as theft?
