False Advertising - Shipment never arrived

Good day, Another frustrating time for me having to send this mail via hellopeter. Makro advertised a Raleigh bicycle (Red /Blue) for toddlers and a fair price. I went to the store only to find out that it is out of stock, when I inquired further I found out that the shipment never arrived which to me is false advertising. And the assistant manager at the time assured me that the Totem brand (Neon Green/Blue) bicycle is just as good if not better and I should take it. I did purchase the bike and it is now almost a year a the bike has been falling apart left, right and center. I even got relatives to try to fasten *****s etc. but after a day, the ***** would come loose. Everything on the bike cannot be fastened securely for long periods. The position of the handle versus the front tyre is misaligned. The brakes on the bike is almost impossible for a toddler to depress, he has to use both hands and that too doesn't get fully depressed. The spanner which was supp**** with the bike is not match the bolts fitted and constantly slips (and this was during initial assembly). I now sit with this bike out of action and a son that wrecks my brains to get this fixed. I did try last night to no avail. the wheels just get loose.
