False Advertising Poor Service

Visit to Cornubia Store My recent experience at the Cornubia store left much to be desired. Upon inquiring about a particular item, I was met with rudeness from a lady named Chetty. She bluntly informed me that the store was out of stock and had no idea when the item would be replenished. To make matters worse, her suggestion was for me to try another store. The customer service I received from Chetty was extremely poor and lacking in basic courtesy. I was taken aback by her dismissive attitude and unhelpful demeanor. As a customer, being met with such disregard and unprofessionalism is disappointing and disheartening. I believe that good customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business, and it is clear that this aspect is severely lacking at the Cornubia store. The experience I had with Chetty has left a negative impression, and I will certainly hesitate to return or recommend this store to others based on this encounter. In conclusion, the treatment and response I received from Chetty at the Cornubia store fell far below the expected standard of customer service.
