False advertising, poor communication

I bought a Casio Calculator on their App, a week later I received a wrong item when I called their customer services they said there's nothing that they can do since it's from a third party but when they took my money they didn't mention any third party. I logged a return but even today I have not received any communication with them that time I need that calculator, am stucked with a screen protector that I didn't order. Makro online is the pits you will suffer while they don't even refund you. I even deleted their app, I will never shop at Makro anymore
