false advertising on stock

i went to makro at the beginning and end of august in order to get the Beef Taco kit. i went to the aisle and requested so help as they were not on the shelf. i left my number with the manager for that aisle as they said it was out of stock. i did not recieve any calls until a week ago when they still informed me that it was out of stock. on the 25th september i went to go see the store and speak to some one higher than the aisle manager Mohammed was the person they refered me to. we phoned him on his deck phone and he said i should wait by his office and he would meet me there i waited for 20 minutes until i eventually left. this is such bad service and blatant false advertising how can you advertise something that you do not have and have not had for a while? i find the staff here at makro springfield very rude and unhelpful.
