False advertising on Robertsons spices and herbs

Makro had a More 4 Less special on Robertson spices and herbs at R83 for 4,I bought within the prescription of the special,however I was charged normal price for all 4.

I went back to the store to query the pricing and I was assisted by whom I assume to be the frontline manager/supervisor, who herself seemed uncertain of the pricing and sizes despite the special.

Eventually she and another staff member, who was sent to compare my slip with the special ,settled on the size of the spices not being what is advertised to be on special despite the bottles all being the same size and only the contents different and I was advised that I took sizes that were not within prescription,hence the special not having app****.

On the slip it said mixed herbs were 100ml,however on the bottle itself it said 18g.(special says 60-100ml)

So I’m concerned of the advertising that is not a true reflection of their contents/sizes despite pics and tags clearly indicating the product/s on special.
