FALSE ADVERTISING/ LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I placed an order on the 13th December, in that order was Kores Glue sticks which Makro advertised R40.00 for 4x 40g. The items were cancelled from the order to them being out of stock.

I log on to the site an hour later and see the glue sticks advertised again- i sent an email to Makro customer care- I AM YET TO GET A RESPONSE

Fast forward- to the 17th- the website is still showing these glue sticks and clearly reflecting 'IN STOCK'- i place another order which remains "IN PROGRESS" for another days before it was cancelled yet again due to no stock availability..

I sent another email out of frustration asking why they would toy with us like this? WHY THE FALSE ADVERTISING- STILL YET TO HEAR FROM THEM
