False Advertising, lack of accountability and horrible customer service

On the 18th of January 2025. I purchased a solar system on Makro online.

Their service was quick as usual, it was delivered on the 21st of January 2025.

The product was advertised with pictures indicating that it comes with 3 solar panels. However the package I received came with 2 solar panels.

I contacted Makro and suggested to possible resolutions:

1. that the supplier clarify in writing if the system can work well with the 2 solar panels if so they can refund me the difference the two products cost

2. If it won't work well then they can swap it for what I ordered.

They said they will talk to the supplier and they came back with Instructions to lodge a return and refund.

They further added that the solar system is no longer available, however it is still advertised on their website and it reflects that's they have stock.
