False advertising for online shopping

For the week 22 March to 28 March 2021 Makro advertised free delivery on all online orders above R400. Upon ordering my item, which was well above the required threshold, I was charged a delivery fee and Makro chooses to ignore my numerous request to their so called "Makrocare" and "Customer services" lines for a refund. 1 month later and still no resolution. Don't fall in to their trap where by they make promises that they do not intend to fulfill. Rather use the other major online retailer, which will take a lot of effort to ensure that you have a pleasant purchasing experience. I won't make this mistake again.
