False advertising for online shopping

Makro your online store is disappointing. I was going to buy a washing machine, and opted of the online store, as my store does not have availability, but I am unable to buy it, as it is not available in my region. Why is it then called online shopping if I cannot buy anything and you advertise the machine in my local newspaper? Your slogan is "We'll deliver to your door, nationwide" - that is a lie.
