False advertising

I made an online purchase and one was Tsunami cold and flu ointment with desciption caption 10 pack , on a markdown price , to my surprise i only got one from the 10 pack.

So why was the caption saying 10 ,and the call centre agent i spoke to also saw the error, andsaid he will esculate , but he cant assit with my case.
