False advertising

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a Peg pram online at Makro and a completely different brand pram was delivered. I fought with the online customer care who is completely useless for the correct pram. I finally realized that the wrong pram and price was advertised and agreed to a refund only to find out that a refund takes 14 business days to be processed. How is that possible ? If I cannot receive what was advertised then can they not give my money back within a reasonable time frame so I can purchase the pram else where.
