False advertising

I ordered the silvercrest 4500W blender and instead a digimark 1500W blender is what was delivered.The advert has a silvercrest blender on it and that’s what I paid for. It’s so misleading and to later find out that you’re on the Makro app buying from a 3rd party supplier who is *********** is utterly ******** on Makros part. I’ve been calling and trying to resolve this issue with fail. No one from Makro calls you back, their system keeps rejecting the return request. I don’t have my refund nor the correct blender, just waiting for the correct blender or refund to date!!!! Returns department doesn’t even get back to me even if I was told that they’re communicating with the courier company to return the blender to the “3rd party” supplier. So I’m just in the dark with no resolution whatsoever. I bought the product on Makros website, yet I’m doing the follow up trying to sort out this mess. It’s really poor business practice
