False advertising

Good day

I just recently bought a Glenfiddich Whisky which was suppose to come with a promotional ice bucket they never gave it saying the promo was over but it is available on website it has never happened before and its so dissapointing to have false advertising for such a big group. So Makro Woodmead failed to give me my Glenfiddich Ice Bucket so i literally got ****med?
