False advertising at Makro.

False advertising at Makro. They advertise KINDLE branded covers but the real thing received is either GENERIC or branded COBAK. When I contacted them about it, they tellme: send the FSN ID or we can't help you. What is an FSN ID?!? The product is either **** or falsely advertised. How can this happen in 2024?

I did not order it yet, this is the listing, but your support agents keep asking me over and over for FSN IDs and etc etc and talk about INVENTORY TAB and whatnot. They should FIX the listing which is incorrec5t - it states KINDLE brand but the pictures show COBAK brand. This is false advertising:

Hello, I notice you have removed the product. Thank you, but that is a bit extreme.
I think all that was needed was to update the branding?

At the same time, what about these products?
These are all advertised as Kindle branded but they are not Kindle products.
