False advertising and return not processed nor collected

Bought artificial grass online from makro. This was false advertising as this was not the 20mm thickness that was advertised. Immediately requested a return on 7 January. Makro has not processed the return nor picked up yet - it is now the 23 January. Numerous emails have been sent and only automated responses have been received. Unacceptable and false advertising.
