False advertising and poor service.

This store is one of the worst places i have bought from. I bought a tattoo kit that was on "special" it was advertised as a 4 tattoo machine kit. When it arrived i opened the carry case and saw items missing, like the extra 2 machines and other variables. I immediately closed the case phoned my son and asked him to get a refund (product was bought online) the courier guy came to pick it up on the 17th. Makro sent a bunch of emails explaining how they were "investing" the problem. During the next week another courier came looking for the package, i explained to him they had already collected it and showed him the email saying that the package was shipped back to the 3de party on the 19nth already. On March 24th 2025 i received an email that my refund w was approved. On the 1st of April i received another email saying my refund was denied by Walmart. My son phoned, and sent all the correspondence to their e-mail. With no reply from makro at all. I phoned today spoke to 5 different "consultants" each telling me a different story or keeping me on hold until the phone dies. I now have no stock and no cash refund...its theft at its best. I would recommend to everyone not to purchase from makro online as you will not be getting good service and might just loose both your cash and products if sent in for returns.
