False advertising and poor online/management services

I placed an online order with Makro Crown Mines on the 3rd of November 2023 for their Black Friday Deals. Later that afternoon i received a message saying one of the items had either been amended or cancelled (item was a grill pan marked at R99 original price R199), i had also order a pack of toilet rolls (deal was a pack of 24 and receive a pack of roller towels free). I received my delivery on the afternoon of 4th of November minus the grill pan and roller towels. On inquiry of this i was told by Noktula they had no stock at the Crown Mines or Woodmead branch but the other branches did have stock and it would need to be outsourced and i would receive it at the sale price(Inquiry on the 5th of November) yet on the site it showed that they had stock at the Crown Mines branch. On doing a follow up i was told to phone head office as they still didnt have stock (stock still showing online at the Crown Mines branch now at the original price). Unfortunately to my disappointment head office didnt even make an attempt to outsource the item instead i had just received a refund without. If i had wanted the refund i wouldn't have bothered to phone and enquire let alone order the item to begin with. I can't even say Makro do better because what good would that do I'd still be sitting without both my items which i infact still want!!! I'd actually like a follow up on this!!
