False Advertising and Poor Backup service

I ordered a "Volkano Kronos Series 40W 2.0 Soundbar with Remote Control, EQ Presets, HDMI ARC and Aux Inputs, and Optical Input" online from Makro on 28 December 2021 I received it 07/01/2022, but it was wrong, but decide to complain after 3 weeks a consultant from Makro contact me, to promise me they will look into it, on 28/01/2022. On 28 January I reordered the same Item and again the wrong one was delivered. Both units received do not have HDMI ARC, or optical input. I did report it to Makro, but to date no satisfaction.

Reviewer Update
The answer of what happens to the fact that the unit is not as advertised, Is it the wrong item I received or is that the description is wrong. Either or I need a system that is equipped with HDMI ARC and Optical input.
