False advertising and no response to emails

Absolutely pathetic service from Makro online

No one responds to emails

Secondly this product was advertised for R 6 999 until the 7th January 2024 the price has since increased to R 7 999 now, which is false advertising!

Samsung 12000BTU AR3000 Non-Inverter 12000BTU Air Conditioner

I wish I could rate them zero stars however this doesn't seem to be an option.

Issue has still not been resolved. I have asked someone to call me, still awaiting a response as no one responds to emails.
