False advertising and lying to customers.

Makro advertise goods the do not have and did not have. To worsen matters Makro management instruct their staff to lie to customers about it being sold out. Unfortunately for their lying staff I walked in as the store opened and then they still tried to lie to me. Upon realizing they were caught out they then admit to lying to the customers. Even the till operators is aware of the lies and that the products was never available. The staff is also instructed to inform complaining customers the manager/s are not there even if they were seen two minutes earlier. This is a store that can not be trusted and ill avoid ever dealing with makro again, even if its my closest Supermarket. Luckily I no longer need my makro card now and will be destroyed and I want no further contact with makro. Avoid this dishonest shop and rather shop at Frontline or else ware.
