False Advertising and laid back service
Monday i ordered from makro, I ordered a desk , chair , water and few other things, 1, the water arrived and it was the wrong 1 i called same time to advise the water is not correct, when checking today they saying an exchange was not logged. number 2 on the website its states 2 to 5 working days. I ordered Monday now I am being told my order will only arrive the 16th hopefully.. i sent a pic now was on a live chat with the consultant and then it just went quiet.. Makro standards has dropped drastically and no one is even giving an update or call to confirm or advise knowing that very well they at fault how they going to fix it I dont known .. bearing in mind this is not the first time this happens

13 Oct 2023, 13:41Makro is beyond perthetic I just called the river sands store held in 10mins, called the nation call centre on 3 occasions my call was answer and I could her the consultant and my call was dropped.. I have had enough I m taking this to consumer watch now Todate no one has gotten back to me there was a promise that the problem would have been fixed rite till now nothing, I am still sitting with the wrong order since Tuesday they don't even deserve stars

I cannot believe this is terrible services and the part bout it was not even bought on credit it was bought cash n paid. While this is costing me coz I need to keep buying items I have bought in bulk for cost saving.. I am reverting this 2 the consumer watch 2 publish this in the papers as well as all social media platforms.. Ppl never ever use makro on line, revert to checkers sixty seconds or pick and pay

I have placed this on to hello Peter, n also seems like it's not working.
If online is nit working for makro why do they no stop it, coz clearly it's not working.
I have it Recieved any feedback the estimated time frame has been reached, so if makro cannot deliver can they just refund my money? Today so I can go back today and buy from a shop that can actually deliver

I think every one should start doing it also email consumer watch because they dont even care with Hello Peter
