FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD SERVICE
I first went to Makro on Sunday 17th, when we saw bicycles and other gym equipment outside with the BIG HIGHLIGHTED signs that read MAKE ME AN OFFER, well, when I gave an offer it was rejected. When I asked to speak to the manager, it took forever, and she told the sales person, that the best they could do was R200 less on the sticker price, she would not even speak to me. To me this is FALSE ADVERTISING and I told the manager when I phoned her afterwards, and also had to wait a long time on the phone. I did write too Makro Head Office the same day, I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. And today my husband went to buy a TV, when we got home, the legs for the television are 2 right legs. He went back and tried to get it corrected, ONCE AGAIN, THE MANGER TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO COME TO HIM, and took longer for them to try and find the correct leg. He was then told that maybe by MONDAY. Does MAKRO think that we have all the time and petrol to waste, to try and get something that should have been in the box in the first place and that we do not deserve a reply to emails that are sent to them.
