False advertising

Today will mark week 3 of trying to get an issue resolved.They advertise a special whereby you get free washing powder if you buy a Samsung washing machine.I go into their Edenvale branch to purchase a machine,pathetic sales people,and off course they don’t have stock.Then I place the order and pay and delivery is arranged.When placing the order online,it displayed clearly that the washing powder is included.When delivery eventually takes place,no washing powder.I have to keep following up and every time they get back to me with a different excuse.This is disgusting as they clearly don’t honor what they advertise.Today I had enough and cannot take this false advertising and lies no more!Be careful SA,Makro is ripping us off!
