False advertising

Business advertised free product [chocolates] with the purchase of 2 bottles each of champagne. Bought 6 bottles. No free products received. Inquired about it - said that free product not available / ran out. Did not advertise as available while quantities last. Did not even offer substitute or rain check for free product. Very nonchalant attitude. Stores should not try to 'lure' customers to buy products if they can not come up with what they advertised. Feel that they should at least have offered a replacement product / maybe gift card.
