False advertising

I am very disappointed in your online service. I ordered 2 JBL speakers on the 8 Dec 24 on their online platform. However when I received it on the 14 Dec 24, it was a completely different cheap speaker. I wanted to purchase this for my kids for Christmas and now I will have no funds to purchase something else as I had to log a request for return. I sent multiple emails to their support and did not receive any response yet. Also, I logged a request for return and collection of the product for the 17 Dec 24. They also never came to collect the product.

They falsely advertised this on their site leaving me with having to wait for the return/Refund policy process which takes almost a month.
