FALSE ADVERTISING
We went to Macro to buy a desk for my husband to work at. After looking at quite a few, we asked the Macro assistant if they had a particular desk that was on their floor with 2 drawers attached and a side pedestal with 3 drawers. They had the desk but not the pedestal. We ordered the desk and paid for it to be assembled. On delivery the desk is assembled and no drawers are attached. We are told we have to pay extra for the drawers. I go back to Macro and ask to speak to a supervisor. On the desk is a price tag saying: PLATINUM DESK R1599 & and another saying: PLATINUM PEDESTAL R799. No where does it say drawers R.....<br> The supervisor says the attached drawers are called pedestals. I ask what they call the lose pedestals, then? Blank look! He will give me a discount on the desk and the drawers. I didn't want a discount, the table had drawers attached, I wanted drawers! <br> This is false advertising! I have the pictures with the desks and the price tags. <br> I will advertise for you Macro, The pictures will go on Facebook and wherever else I find a spot. Your customers need to know!
