False Advertising

I would like my Ps4 delivered to me immediately. i was advised that this will be done on Monday and I am still waiting. initially I was given the run around and told that the machine is not available and that the game was not in stock. So why have something on sale if there is \ no stock "this is a major inconvenience as I've PAID for the console and still have to call in daily to find out when this will be delivered to me. I want this resolved or all of my money paid back immediately """
