False advertising

I ordered 2 of the BESTWAY 91 x 20CM Ring Pool with Game ***** which was advertised.<br> <br> Went to Crown Mines store which didnt have stock!<br> <br> Then ordered it online on the 24th of November, which i need for a birthday party on 5 December.<br> <br> The call center say i should recieve it witihin 2-5 working days from the order date.<br> <br> The online email support says they havent recieved stock.<br> <br> How can Makro send out emails for items they dont have stock of?<br> <br> Surely this is not Treating your Customers fairly!<br> <br> This is false advertising and i expect the delivery on these items by no later that friday.<br> <br> <br> <br>
